Mullins River residents who have been here for generations that did not move after hurricane are not selling land. There is land thieving happening in Mullins River and people are selling land that don’t belong to them. The original owners are outraged as they never sold their land to anyone yet people are claiming they bought land from white people from the states! Mullins River land is not for sale

Electricity from what I have heard it cost about 50-60KUS to the mile. I think it would take couple of months to get it run once the electric company and client agree to the fee and their terms and conditions.
