For starters, whoever built the Pond, Waterfall, Groto, Cabana, and Scuba Tunnels for Spirit of Avalon in St Louis ADDED that to this home. PLUS numerous add ons. And the RENEWABLE ENERGY because the house has to completely run off GRID & makes it own water CRYSTAL SOLUTIONS would do the trick. (Don’t think SMALL)

McClean & Englanoff are my Favorite Architectural designers, they don’t use fabrics a lot in their designs which causes most properties to go outdated. The designs are not really appreciated like they should because it appears you are the future. I can’t see no other designs except you TWO, that definitely says something.

I was in the house at the end of the culs de sac of Tanager years ago---It was a terra cotta stucco H shaped house with a pool between the two view wings and the property went back to a huge drop off An attorney had built it---I would say late 60's Quite the house in those days and you could see it looking up from Sunset blvd---The house was one story old world in design
