Sorry but the enemies are just to stupid. They are supposedly waiting for the perfect moment, but let the moment of surprise completly slip. They even waited until the mothership was repaired... how idiotic is that?!

Lol, true 😄 I think it's just for the campaign. Btw, it's a medium difficulty but probably will increase it soon. It's really good that there are "war games" and online 👍

@@Guytower Yeah i understand that. its still a mission that has to work in parts like a tutorial. Its just a bit dumb if you think about it... just couldnt resist. I´m not criticizing your gameplay, the unfolding events are just weird. But i liked the "hiding in the nebula" part. Wonder if this will be a reacurring mechanic.

To be fair, the writing of HW3 seems to have veered along the same course as other decisions in game. The critique of how the game plays seems in my view, tied to the decision to put more time into creating character models and internal ship environments and displays than putting all the work into the game with VA work dubbed over it. DoK I can give a pass as they stylised the character models to reduce detail, meaning the original models didn't need to be hyper detailed and could coast on an unfinished design the filter would hide. Plus the oil painting effect created an ambiance that is sadly missing in HW3. It's like they tried to create characters for the sake of seeing them, instead of having them work to push the games ship focused gameplay forward.

You can play it alone as I do 🙂It's a bit more challenging but still very possible. And the whole spaceship will be yours 😂 And yes, it's a pure pleasure to smash those bugs with machine gun and with airstrikes 🪙

I was actually looking to pick this game up if it was soloable. I'd like to play multiplayer, I just dont have the time to do so adequately. Does the difficulty change per planet, or is it just a static setting?

With every planet you can select a difficulty. But depending on that, missions and rewards will be higher or lower ofc 🙂 And you won't be able to play more difficult missions before you complete easier lvl. Also, with increased difficulty you will meet new types of enemies - stronger and that can be killed by specific weapons. So it's kinda hard to play alone as you'll need to be prepared for everything. So far I don't know how I'm gonna kill one giant bug, it's huge like a skyscraper 😄

It's also available on PS5. There's also an option for cross-platform (PC-PS5) play with friends in lobby. Sadly, none of mine has this game. I've seen some forums where people are searching partners to play but it's kinda hard to find a good team so everyone would available at the same time. I don't understand why developers didn't add full online matchmaking this would make this game 100 times better. I hope they will consider this in future and maybe do some magic patch 😄

There are definitely not a lot of cheaters on the lower ranks on matchmaking (speaking from my own experience, as I am Silver Elite Master). But the higher rank you get (especially on Prime), the more prevalent the cheater problem becomes. Even if there aren't any cheaters, skill and rank distribution on CS2 is completely out of the window. At one moment you queue against players that do not match your skill ceiling at all and are way too easy, and the other you queue with people with thousands of hours in the game who are significantly more skillful and proficient at the game than you are. Morale of the story, 80% of the time the Silver rank does not feel like Silver anymore like it did in CS:GO. There's also plenty of boosters queuing with like 3-4 players in the team and basically carrying them the whole match.

So basically it's like: "sometimes may be good, sometimes may be sh*t" 😂 I started to feel as you said tbh. I will continue playing and plan to gather more interesting moments. With more hours payed I hope to see and check everything as well. First time I played CS it was and 1.6 and Condition Zero when I was a kid. Then everything else. But with CS:GO after 150 hours I was really disappointed and frustrated by cheaters and ranking system. So I'm kinda curious if something changed this time 🙃

@@Guytower Definitely not. The ranking system is as bad as it could have ever gotten and I feel like we would have to wait quite a while for the game to ferment before we could enjoy it properly. Funnily enough, though, I still actually play CS 1.6 to this day haha.

Hey, I didn't state that it's better. This was the question in my video 🙂Just said that I liked the idea overall. But to be completely hones, it's not what I expected and even refund this game. Don't get it wrong but in the end of the video I mentioned that there's a sale on Steam for ETS2 and recommended to check that out, if someone still doesn't have it. This pretty much says my point 😄Yes, this one is different from ETS2 but that's all. The same as most players I prefer completed nice games but was just curios about this one. I'm discovering more and more games as it's needed for my channel but it's really hard to find something nice nowadays 🙈 Nonetheless, I appreciate time you spent to at least check the video and leave the comment 🤗
