my dear, God only gives you what you can handle! I have a daughter with Cerberal Palsy.. she is the light of my life.. and I didn't think I could handle or maybe feelings of what i had 'envisioned'..but honestly, I wouldn't want it other way.. we went through testing as we were older parents.. (27, you have plenty of years ahead of you to try for a baby) I went through 6 IVF's, testing & everything else.. I would do it all again! I think you're putting alot of pressure on yourself..just by saying, "I wouldn't want to bring a baby into this world with that".. come on babe.. be grateful & stop stressing about it! And if you're that stress and overwhelmed about it..get a 2nd opinion.

I went through a similar situation when I lost the twin to my youngest daughter. As far as the appt, they will draw blood and will determine who has what and what could happy with a fetus/child. There will be like a million questions. Then it would be up to y'all about the future. I will say, for me.... bc I still had one baby (of the twins) they drew blood from me and was able to tell if the baby had anything "wrong". All the prayers for yall and the doctors as yall move through this hard time and decisions.
