I hung drywall for thirty years. I would never use that lift.I can hang it by myself. I've hung many 12 foot sheets on the lid. By myself

Which red color is this Behr paint?

That is Behr Premium Plus tinted to a specific red I have used throughout my shop. I don’t have the tag to give you the exact shade.

I have seen other finish carpenters on the net, all use the Pica. I am uncertain how a el cheapo traditional carpenters pencil at .20 or close to, that a pica can justify its worth. want thin lines use old school mechanical pencil as i see other tradesmen using on the job site.
@SteelBladeWoodworks3 ай бұрын
Well I guess it comes down to personal preference, however using the colored pencil helps me tremendously because of my bad eyesight. Thanks for watching!!

One big problem you don't address here, is when you make long marks, the thickness of the line differs as the line gets longer. A thin mech pencil with a thin lead will work better than all of those you just showed, as the line will stay contant all the way. The ones you just showed will get thicker as the line goes along. This is very important in precision woodwork.
@SteelBladeWoodworks4 ай бұрын
Well to each their own! This video is intended to portray the vibrancy of the mark on different woods comparing the various brands. This was never intended nor directed to fine woodworking. However for precision cutting I use precise cutting methods not a pencil mark. FYI I use these when rough cutting materials.

@SteelBladeWoodworks I meant, the casters rod where it enters into the plastic threaded hole, mine are not threaded and the rod from the caster is to large to fit into the hole. Seems like something is missing like a threaded insert to these little holes..dunno.

Do battery organizers really sell for you? I don't have a single one. But I have about 150 batteries from different platforms and I couldn't be bothered. I am a contractor and am quite organized but I can't see the need. Just curious.
@davids84935 ай бұрын
There are many more things that need more organization than batteries. IMHO.
@SteelBladeWoodworks5 ай бұрын
The battery holders are slow sellers because I believe the market is a bit saturated. However my tracksaw track holders do pretty good.
