Actually no. This is possible with Cheat Engine. But it is still a third party tool and PC only. If there is a current merge glitch that merges all performance parts (engine, suspension, etc.) then that may work as well.

"Uberkill" is the name of the "mod" that lets people play the game again. The original "UberStrike" officially shut down permanently in June, 2016. It was a game I played a lot when I was younger.
