Lovely video mate! Really good! Enjoyed how you showed every step of the way! I’m thinking about getting one myself I currently have a Vauxhall vivaro. With a fixed bed but the bed width ways is to short as I’m 6ft 2 what’s the finished measurement of the bed length once you’ve got the mattress on and ply’d the walls out etc. from one side to the opposite as mine currently is 5ft I think. Obviously I need longer.

drill holes in the bed base for ventilation or your lovely foam bed will be black with mould in six months

How was the weather during April ? Some people say that is cold, and that a lot of restaurants are closed

The weather was pleasant around 20 degrees! The evenings required a jacket but all restaurants are open and it's still reasonably busy

Hi, really enjoyed your vlog, looks like you guys had a great time. If I may ask one question, the bus back to the airport, what number do you catch? and where do you get the ticket from? I know the transport system is great in Budapest, but reading up on it, it seems a little confusing to me. Thanks in advance if you can answer my question. I'm over there in May and September and really can't wait haha

Hi, thank you 😊! The bus to and from the airport is the 100e. Tickets can be purchased from ticket machines next to the bus stop you catch it from, super user friendly and you can pay cash or card. We wish we knew about the bus before we arrived, it's so much easier and far cheaper. Be careful of taxis out there as later at night their prices go through the roof, despite what it says on the side of the cab! Agree a price before hand! The buses out there are very well connected, safe and frequent! Hope this helps.

I just thought I would add to this. I was there last week and loved it. My first time in an incredible city and I fell in love. I'm back in September for my birthday (another solo trip) and cannot wait. One thing I never expected was the heat, in the late 20's/early 30's, so it was crazy hot. Anyway, I hope you guys are well, it's vlogs like yours that inspire us viewers to take the plunge. Lot's of love from sunny, Hull.

Nice work but they have made the mistake a lot of people make is that they should have painted the wooden tongue and groove before it was put up. By painting it in position then when the wood shrinks, which it will, the bare wood will show especially if painted in a dark colour.

Hardly going to shrink that much he screwed it in place haha 😂 need to be some on godly shrinkage to pull screws out of place
