@@jamesscharnitz7640 Then you are the exception. This happens to pretty much every band, changing in style and sound. Don't forget that Winston and his crew get older every year. That also plays a role in it.

@@wulfheort8021 What are you even talking about? They completely changed their style, not just the sound. They went from a hardcore band to a radio pop-rock. PWD's last 3 albums sound nearly identical and you could probably throw IRE in there too, PWD from KWAS to DB had a distinct sound between each album but still kept the hardcore base. Nearly every single PWD fan from before 2012 misses their old style, even a majority of people that didn't hear PWD until newer albums like Ire or later love the old sound more. Look at their most streamed songs, its all 1-2 new songs off each album after the first three and then all songs off of the first three albums. Their is a reason why bands that have been together for a very long time always play original hits on at least half of their touring set-list. Tool is a great example of a band that can make new songs and keep the same genre while not losing their core fan base.
