I think you need to be at least level 85 rc for this so you can have the best version of the colossal pouch. If you're pre-level 85, it is very hard to rush him post 60% due to not being able to feed him hella essence at once :(

I didn't know solo is better for XP. I'll give this a try next time. Thanks. If anyone doesn't have 99 RC or the Redwood Abyssal Lantern look into the "Essence Pouch Tracking" plugin. It tracks degrades and arguably better stored essence tracking.

This was great! I've been looking for an updated guide with the changes, and I really resonate with a walkthrough and multiple KC for this since the decision tree can be pretty complex One thing that would be great would be to add chapters to the video so it would be easy to go the start of games like the 3rd game, since that's one that didn't start with an overcharged altar first. When I first followed along for my first solo KC I got b2b medium/weaks for the first two sets which was bruuutal. Thanks for this! Been enjoying solos today

You sir, are a life saver. I've been scouring YT to find a definitive guide on how to do this and this is the only one that actually solves the problem. Most of the other videos go based on response time or visual cues from the NPC actions. Your video shows that you can control the play with your own actions. You don't even really need to look at the NPCs.

Just started doing inferno myself. I always seem to die at w63/64. I’ve re watched the solve for your 63 over and over and I honestly can’t see a better one other than keeping the blob corner trapped and nuking the melee after it digs. Tough to let the nibblers eat the tower for that long. I always panic and try to save the tower. Was probably your best move though. I’m pretty sure I’ve died to this exact spawn before. Still doable but yeah Bad rng honestly. I’m sure you’ve gotten your cape by now lol I’m a bit late to the party on this one

LOL this was stressfull wathcing brother! i think the best way to do it in your scenario was to just kill the blob first then the ranger then the mager, i know it takes longer but seems much safer

I honestly have no idea what the solve was on your 63 except to be more diligent with your blob prayers so you have the Hp to survive the situation after the melee digs, which is pretty likely if you’re at decent HP. No reason to choose the nibblers over like 3 or 4 blob hits since it’s 63 and that pillar is healthy especially considering the situation that is coming with the melee is foreseeable from before the point you started tanking blobs. The pillar will still be at about half after the melee is dead, which is when you get the nibs off it. That’s still a very healthy pillar going into 64 youd have a hard time losing it before 66 (which you don’t need it for) from there if you tried. You also don’t kill that blob before the melee digs, in fact you don’t even let it out of the corner trap until melee is dead. Letting it out was probably the point where you effectively died all things considered. I’m probably missing something but if that’s the best solve you had available, that’s a shit wave. I would’ve died as well. Keeping him trapped that long is a pretty airtight solve but it’s a weird play I highly doubt I see it in real time. Unlucky.

as someone with aphantasia this helps me alot the visual metronome curious if you have it as well. its a brain thing where you cannot visualize things unless your seeing it. if you close your eyes you cannot visualize anything.
