You mean the fire spray? I don't think I ever used it since the R2 attack usually does a lot of damage. I should do a full playthrough with the Visage shield though since this was pre DLC

@Graez no its L2.it's usually used for ash of war or special abilities n on this shield it continually spreads fire like a dragon if you hold the l2.anyway great video, keep them coming,we really appreciate it.Thank you for your efforts mate.have a nice one.

Yeah, I felt like this would be at the top of genre at the moment. Now that I'm at endgame, this will keep me occupied for a bit. Have a few games coming out in February that I'm excited for too.

I fully agree, especially when doing a first playthrough. Games are much more fun when you learn without looking everything up. You lose that "oh shit" factor with a lot of things when you spoil yourself.

I just finished my playthrough a few hours ago. This game is still better than most new games that out.

@Graez you can have both. Get charges and then pop one then create more and pop the other. There are alot of ways to get charges quick. Support gems and nodes on the skill tree

Okay I'll check it out. You're saying to replace it with Falling Thunder? The main reason I didn't try that ability is because I didn't want two moves that used charges, since Falling Thunder has been my big damage move.

I just found out yesterday what Cruel mode is lol, so yeah I've got a bit more gaming to do. I'm all in for it though, the ascendancy trials are not my favorite, but everything else has been great so far.

Yeah that's what I went with. I don't care much for the click to move style. I might've said it wrong when I was reading it.

I'm going to get the resistance one. I wanted to read more about it before I got it, just to make sure I wasn't interpreting it wrong. I knew I was getting those two that I got anyways, so that's why I got them for now.

@Graez Yah no biggie, U definitely want to the 10% damage as lightning ur next ascendancy. The crit u could probably do last since ur crit chance wont be high early game. Also the lead me through Grace is a very good one as well. Since auras cost spirit, u don't have to worry about getting it on gear. U just equip an Evasion/Energy Shield body armour. The passive Protect me fron Harm is nice its the only way to get physical damage reduction. Yah u lose some Evasion, but if u take the Energy Shield/Evasion nodes and get Energy Shield/Evasion gear u will be okay. Also pretty ballsy going in blind dude.... Bad ass!!!!

@@Graez Oh yah 1 more I forgot to say. U can always respec ur ascendancy points if u want to test something out or decide u don't like the skills u chose. U can't change ur ascendancy class, but the points within ur class u can.

@@209Richsta Okay cool, I'll look into those skills as well, thanks for that. I didn't like the Spirit trade off skill initially because with my current evasion I would have had less spirit, but yeah going towards end game I guess it might be the opposite, and give me more spirit. I always like doing first playthroughs blind since it lets me make a build I enjoy without worrying about min-maxing or optimizing like crazy. I enjoy the added difficulty of it too I guess lol.

@Graez Yah eventually you will get more than enough Spirit with a good hybrid chest and u can roll a more useful affix instead. I have more than enough Spirit with my 750/300 Evasion/ES body armour.

Reading in this game is a lot more in depth than Souls games, but also, what are you referring too? I'm sure that any new player would struggle to pick up a lot of things in this game. I'm making my way through it though.

I don't think I said I wasn't interested in those two. If anything, those are ones I will be getting later on. I normally do first playthroughs blind, so I haven't looked into how others are doing builds and stuff.

Yeah, I am learning the game. I only make comparisons for the sake of having something relatable to talk about. Me making these videos and talking through my thoughts is how I'm getting myself into this genre.

@@kylekelley2778 Thanks for the welcome. I'm definitely taking it fresh, that's why I don't know so much of the tech in this game. It's pretty much a blind playthrough. No excuses either, I just like talking shit when I'm having a tough time. I'm not the biggest fan of the trials, but I am getting through them.

Yeah it was really good. I think my build helped with this fight a lot, but that AoE was a pain in phase 2.

@ I had less of a problem in phase 2. But yeah the massive aoe was insane. I died twice backing away into a tornado when he had like 10% left. So much on the screen I missed it 🥲

Yeah, I didn't pay much attention to the relics at first. I'll max it out on the next run though so I don't have to repeat it 4 times again 🤣

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Whichever class will be using daggers is what I'm most excited for!

Ahh okay, I didn't know the honor amount was affected by anything. I'll test that out once I get to the next trial, thanks.

@@Graez You will have 2 choices for next trial, just pick Trial of Chaos instead, its better for melee.

Okay cool, thanks for that. I just looked into that combo a bit, it does seem pretty good. I'll have to get rid of my buff, or find some armor with more spirit though. Having an actual path for the build now does make it feel a lot better too.

@WhoCaresAnymoreTho yeah, that would be sick. I haven't played a new Mario kart in ages. I found out about Double dash last year, and it's been a blast the few times I've played it.

It's pretty good so far. I've never been a fan of this style of game, but I'm enjoying it

Yeah, that's what it was. That was the first quest in the game to do that, so it had threw me off at first.

@Graez Yeah enjoying it alot, sorceress is OP. I'm not much of an ARPG gamer so I'm progressing pretty slow. I think I'm gonna go monk next time. It looks alot more engaging

@@Graez and of course if you havent played the original games play those too. It will help with like story context in anomaly lol Anomaly kinda just plops you into the world and there are quests that kinda follow the paths of the 3 main games Also the world set up is completely different. For example in anomaly the red forest on on the eastern part of the map and in stalker 2 its on the western part. And there are others too. Also like the 3 main games its not exactly open world it's more like metro exodus with the massive open maps. Overall I think it's a really fun game and it's completely free and it's pretty easy to install

​@@Graezif you liked the second one try the og trilogy. Shadow of chernobyl , clear sky (you might want to skip this one ) and call of pripyat. Then there's mods that combine the maps of all three games and you can create your own stalker like call of chernobyl, anomaly( and gamma) and of course misery.
