I much prefer the look of the 3rd-gen to the 4th-gen. Even has more pronounced front fender flares. But prefer the low-end torque of the FA20-DIT to that EJ. Also if one wants an AT, I would think the CVT is better than the 5-speed. And if instead opt for the non-turbo FB engine, then only get a 4-speed. Also the interior on the 3rd-gen is inferior to the 4th-gen. Then again all the gizmo tech in the 4th-gen is a turn-off. Btw, I would not have put that overlay front bumper cover lip on it. Yea you need to mess with the spring to adjust it. Most likely have to turn it so the spring goes more inside so that the valve doesnt open too easily and causing the car to studder/bog a bit during idling. Also DEFINITELY keep stock OEM parts always! Never know when you need it.

Awesome addition brotha! I have a BP Outback XT and I dreaded the grille with the fins look of the OEM part so I replaced it with the honeycomb version from a Legacy GT. It looks much much better. I also did a chrome delete on all the stock trim pieces with vinyl wrap. Your build looks really cool, congrats! =)
