Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Loros who cared or supported my mum and us as a family back in October. Today was a lovely online service for us and the children to watch and remember our Mum and Nan. Always with me every where I go, I will always carry you with me. Dad spent the last 3 weeks of his life here, basically being given anything he wanted. LOROS allowed me to sleep on the floor in his room for 3 nights. Dad was thrilled to bits when his dog poppy jumped on the bed and snuggled down with him. Cooked breakfast everyday for dad. Food was even provided for me and mum when we had been there all night. We were given a room where we could shower and change clothes. We can not thank LOROS enough for everything they did right up to the end. They were there for him, they were there for his family. We will never forget this

Watching your program bought all my memories back of the special time my late husband spent last days in Loros,such a peaceful place,thankyou from the bottom of my heart for the care that you gave to my husband and wider family,we miss my husband so much but gain some consolation from the comfort and care he received at the end,Loros and staff is and are very special people.♥️❤️❤️
