Hello, I usually charge a deposit before starting any new project so that pretty much eliminate clients changing their mind as the deposit is non refundable. I usually charge a deposit of 30-40%. Just remember to let the client know that the refund is non-refundable in writing. 🙂

Ahh, so sorry. I just saw this comment. Some shoe bling projects take a few hours. Some can take 30-40 hours+. I plan to bling a pair of timberland boots with Swarovski crystals for myself. Been wanting to do that project for awhile. I am really excited to do it now since jimmy choo and timberland just released a bling boot. I will be sure to post a video once I get them done.
