And no wonder for Satan disguises himself as an angel of light, So, it is no great surprise that is servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11: 14

Thousands speculate but only the dead know. Indian accounts while similar can not be taken as total truth. We have a better indication from the archeological surveys but even that is not totally reliable. All that is sure is all troops with Custer died. Some from Native American attacks and some by suicide.

Custer wasn’t a good soldier! He was an arrogant and foolish one. His ambition and stupidity got him and his regiment killed. He also betrayed the Lakota.

This is a mediocre video that used old movie footage patched together in a lame attempt to support a shallow narration, which added nothing to the story and also failed to incorporate important details that have been uncovered in recent decades.

Custer was a vainglorious glory hunting idiot, he was a pariah to the army commanders and his career was on the way down and this campaign was his last chance for a win to pave a way into politics, yes he was brave but to the point of stupidity, he cared nought about his men most of whom perished with him. he was no hero yet his wife who knew nothing about him and his squaw and kid or about the battle spent the rest of her life, giving talks and blaming everybody but him and living well travelling about giving her opinions on reno and benteens failures, custer was warned by his own scouts and officers but pressed ahead terrified that the other columns would join him and his command would be suborned into a more senior officers command. the truth of the battle was known by the indians who were their but no one either believed them or listened to them, the army needed a hero not a fool so they were ignored.

It is really nice to hear it called the Battle of the Little Big Horn. For much of my life it was called the Massacre of the Little Bighorn. This because the native Americans won. It will be nice when all people call it the Massacre of Wounded Knee rather than the Battle of Wounded Knee. Just because it was european american driven "victory" doesn't make it a battle. It was and remains a terrible massacre of native americans. The european-american centric naming conventions are dying. However, there are still enough usages of them to make them offensive because they perpetuate lies.

Odd how those "euro-american centric conventions" have enabled you to bleat about them via computer online, with reliable electricity, running water, a/c, food in the fridge...all the trappings of a comfortable lifestyle. By all means, stop living those "lies" and return to stone age purity.

I've heard an "account" that gold was discovered all over there and the rich politicians didn't want the indians settling on gold rich land so Custer and the 7th cavalry we're ordered to keep them on reservations

Because the British people where starving, I Remember the stories of my grandmother and my grandfather who fought in the war, lied about his age so he could go fight for his country that has been now given away and destroyed…. When people cry about how Britain took food away from India that wasn’t just for shits and giggles, that was to feed a nation who where fighting the front line of the war who where bombed flat completely, the British had no food and needed some form of sustenance from somewhere else
