@@TechGarageON true but those cheap portable ac are not that good and only from 5 to 7k btu. I got lucky when my store hase an ac on sale it was $100 it had 9k btu for cooling and 7k btu for heating it is a brand that i never heard of ONYX, and i LOVE that portable ac bicus it is a heat pump for ONLY 100 bucks. I love it for the price.

How did you test each one in a controlled environment. I see no coherent test variables here. Reviewing each independently on your own with a controlled test is what I would recommend for all appliance comparisons. This is an untapped market in terms of proper testing because it’s not easy, but creating a successful channel isn’t easy.

A 12,000 BTU cools more than 200 square feet bud try like adding anothe 250 square feet to that. I know, my delonghi portable ac freezes me the hell out of my 450 sq ft room and it rated to cool a 500 sq ft room, make sure you let it sit for 24 hrs if your lazy delivery service ship your AC upside down, you will burn out your compressor, these ac corp should on their boxes to keep it r ight side up.

I think Toshiba is the one to buy. I bought my first Toshiba microwave oven in December of 1983. It was still running strong 20 years later. Good quality for sure! We will be ordering a new Toshiba online this weekend. Can't wait to see it in our kitchen....

Bissell also has great customer support. My dirty water tank started leaking after about 6 months. I took a photo of the defect, called the company, and they sent me a whole new vacuum.
