The first character you showed is not a fan art. It's literally one of the Dragon Ball Heroes Saiyan Avatar characters. The Saiyan male Berserker avatar character, to be exact. Each race/avatar character in DBH/SDBH has three "classes", with different character designs. A hero, berserker, and elite class. Note and Beat for example are the female/male hero type Saiyan avatar characters.
