I honestly i like this movie. It's unusual, original and the atmosphere is chilling, truly a suspended horror thriller Blind man is one of the most fascinating horror villains. Not some supernatural threat or a freakish monster, just an old hardcore veteran who utilizes his other senses to track his "preys"

I always compare the New York of this movie with that of Working Girl - decades apart of course and the fashion world is not the financial world, but the same annoying self-loving thoroughly unlikable kind of people. I’m sure there are people who would watch this and dream of living in New York and dealing with this quagmire of existence/life but it just makes me want to run screaming in the opposite direction.
