The top two shelf options are shorter than the middle one!! Only the top shelf can be used on the top two options!! Please note this before you spend an absurd amount of time trying to get the middle one out only to discover you cannot move it one up :| It doesn't take an engineer to see how this is not a user friendly design....

these ovens slide into the wall and you need it to fit pretty tight all the way around. But they put the electrical connection on the top, which doesn't leave enough room to slide in and out because it is not recessed enough.

This is complete and utter bullshit. The clothes simply fall into the middle where they ineffectually vibrate and do NOT get clean. HE is a scam. The only way it works is if you use the "bulky loads" setting that uses much more water than a conventional washing machine. Bullshit. Utter bullshit.
