Bro social media, apps, chatting,and message seen karna and baar baar open karna us app ko ,reel scroll karna ye sab mere liye drugs se jyada dangerous ho chuka hai ab me high dopamine ke bine reh hi nhi pata me dopamine detox and reset bhi nhi kar pa rha kyuki ye sab mere liye drugs se bhi consume kar chuka hu 10th board ke baad and me pagal hota ja rha hu and mere ko esa lag rha hai ki me meri consciousness kho chuka hu ya fir kho rha hu and me mera hosh bhi kho rha hu and mera attention span 5 second se bhi kaam ho chuka hai and ye sab mere liye ek drugs ki tarah ho gya hai jab bhi me detach karne ka try karna hu me reh hi nhi pata insab ke bine ye sab mere ko drugs, alcohol, cigrates insab se bhi jyada dangerous hai and consume kar rha hu and insab me dopamine bhi nhi milta par yeh nhi pata like uske bina pagla ho jata esa ho rha and face kar rha hu 10 board exam ke baad and 10 board ke baad mera Instagram pe attention span 17 hours tha non stop break ke bina and me bar bar apps open karta rehta hu mere mind karwata hai to 1 min 5-6 baar messages ka wait karta rehta hu pure din karta rehta tu and Mobile me social media ka additions drugs se bhi jyada kaharnak hai and me sabke reply ka wait karta rehta bata nhi esa lagta hai ki phone mere ko control kar rha ho and mere ko bata nhi hota ki me mobile use kyu kar rha hu and mobile use karna ka purpose bhul jata hu to insab ka solution kya hai
