Why do Americans think Paris is the most romantic city in the world? Paris is dirty, filled with trash and poop along the streets, smell bad and on top of that you see rats everywhere. Even the French is repulsed by Paris. If he proposes to her in France O hope he does it somewhere else like Marseille, Annecy, Lyon, Bordeaux or some other nice cities. They both deserve that! Or else there's a ton of other beautiful countries and cities thats just or even more lovely. Or they might do it in the backyard of one of their homes in private.
