Sick house, the shower looks a bit unusual. Tiles are uneven and the pan has an odd edge slope

We couldn’t pull those boards up if we want to. There 4 inches thick and some boards are probably the length of the house. This floor was clearly done in the 1800s. I’m sure it took 5-6 men to place each board
