I see now why Pokémon games these days just don't compare to gen 5. Because once you've reached perfection, where do you go?

*English is not my fluent language, sorry for any typos. I never had a DS, I never got a chance to try games on that console until recently when I managed to emulate it on my mobile. So I decided to play Pokémon White 2 on this emulator, I haven't finished it yet, but I've witnessed incredible experiences, even the most memorable so far for me; the Village Bridge Music, the whole atmosphere of this place is incredibly cozy, but like many others here, what most impressed me was the music, calm and soft. I listened for a long time while talking to NPCs until I noticed the music changed while talking to some of them, until I talked to that NPC who does the vocals, and man... I got goosebumps, I didn't understand the lyrics, but I stayed there for a long time anyway and I loved every second. I know in the future I will wish I could experience it all for the first time again, it makes me more excited to help my brother when he plays Unova, I want him to enjoy it like I do. Now I understand why so many people love the 5th generation.

I usually don't care about music, and I usually just talk to npcs in cities then leave immediately after, but Village Bridge legit made me stay and just vibe with the music, and I keep coming back too xD

Forever grateful that I was able to experience this game fully when it came out, with my innocent and naive 12 years old mind. I was truly blown away by every detail in the game. Years have passed now, and we are all growing, but the sentiment I keep from BW2 is unique.. it's much more than a simple pokémon game to me.

Its crazy for me to see this as it makes me realize how old I am. You're comment is the same for me except it was Crystal version on the Gameboy advance when I was a kid and it was just as magical to me

It seems that most people who have come across this bridge have something in common, that being actually stopping to listen to the song. The song filled me with emotions the first time hearing it, still does. This orchestral remix is beautiful and the supposed lyrics are just the cherry on top, fits the emotions so well, very poetic. Got goosebumps hearing this <3

Inspired me as a kid to want learn music in the first place. It was one of the first songs I learnt on piano, and even with 6 years of experience and having finished the final grade exam, I still play this song to this day. It’s such an underrated song in the Pokémon franchise and doesn’t get nearly as much love as it should. Personally, I think it’s the most genius use of music in the entire series.
