that depends on the kind of clause the association has. But generally, installation of CCTV is considered as capital expenditure, and therefore must be paid for by the owners. AMC / Maintaince of CCTV can be charged to tenants.

Removing indexation benefit is a bad move sir. Most of the people buy properties with a loan and their initial investment becomes high over time. Without indexation the burden has only increased. Only time will tell if people will move away from stocks to real estate.

It’s expensive project from grade B builder TVS.its not worth to buy in this price. It should in the range of 8k to 8.5k

Hey ! I am sorry you feel that way, but my experience has been completely different with TVS Emerald. Even last week, they had the home preview for the Jardin project and the delivered quality is far superior than the Commitment. Price is a matter of value delivery, and TVS does deliver value

Seems you have knowledge only In Chennai. This is not a food product and quality of delivery alone will not decide the value. This price is expensive from grade B builder

TVS Emerald is one of worst after sales service providers. They goofed up big time on STP facility on Kolapakkam and recently closed the clubhouses without any customer notification. New customers be careful with this group.
