Are there any artists like this using similar tools or video art to make more narrative forms of video art? So like, video art cross cinema basically. One that's audio reactive too would be really cool

She;s not wrong. It's not exactly a trailblazer, but it's just soooo good. Not a bad performance in it. Clooney, Don Cheadle, Albert Brooks, even J.Lo is really good.

First movie I ever watched with Rena Owen was a horror film called amusement. She was a minor character in the film but her presence just commanded attention. Her beauty caught my attention to the character and her line delivery can be frightening but so good. Even when the role has limited screen time she still gives a chilling performance.

Beth Heke was a Woman. One who endured so much tragedy and yet had a loving strength. A mother’s strength. OMG Rena’s delivery when she finds Grace was pla-ti-num. Rena Owen deserves her flowers

@@fathertenebrarum7356 yeah and the scene where she rises of the floor shaking and calls jake a coward before the bash carrys on!! Never seen an actress show physical emotion like that? I heard she got awards in loads of countries apart from nz? That's a travesty indeed!!..... This film got me interested in moari culture and aearteroa as a whole!

It’s funny how the best action director of all time looks and sounds like the most anti-typical action director you could think of.
@gawkthimm603019 күн бұрын
he also somewhat anti-typical action director in other ways, he is 79 years old when Furiosa releases, the first Max Max back in 1978-79 as it was put together while he still worked part time or had just recently stopped at the Trauma ward at a hospital and had decided not to become a doctor, part of the "use anything found to make the costumes and decoration" was partly due to the low budget, the partly abandoned towns due to not being able to pay as many extras as he had wanted etc. so a lot of compromises, sudden script changes and struggle. So when the opportunity to make Mad Max 2 Road Warrior came he leaned heavily into what he had already established and made it his own full unique style. -He also directed Happy Feet and a Babe the Pig movie....

I don't like the idea of people using my partner's voice and images to make pornography, it has already happened to my partner and it deeply upset them. It's concerning how the law is slow on these things, and how a lot of these innovators want us to basically live in a cyberpunk-esque world, even a lot of the stolen generated art focuses on these themes and those who made art glorifying that are kicking themselves for fictively promoting such ideologies in their art.
