Dear Remi, My great grand father, my grandfather, father and brother all had the generational legacy of being unfaithful causing great harm to their wives. My sister in law and myself years ago went to my grandmother's grave with my young nephew and promised her we would stop this legacy. After 30 years both of us have achieved our goal with my two nephews all having the best Christmas. Also my twin and myself plan to meet this year I hope it comes true. I dont think that my twin is really into self reflection or personal transformation..Or understands that triggers are bringing up things that need to be healed..She purposefully keeps herself too "busy" to avoid feeling. I also find verbal communication to be exceptionally difficult. Anything even slightly uncomfortable and a wall goes up and I'll get silence... Im just about ready to move on with my life to be honest...I dont see it as my purpose or duty to try and change or fix someone else

To heal somebody give out- or are we chasing energetically if we aren’t able to achieve doing that from a pure heart?

If you're calling your TF a "jerk", then you are calling yourSelf a jerk. That's because your TF IS YOU. That is YOUR Soul within the other 3D physical vessel. Your Soul has been simultaneously incarnated into two 3D physical bodies. It is your 3D Ego mind that sees the other physical vessel as a separate person from you, but that is a 3D illusion. A person encounters their TF to *trigger* their Spiritual Awakening. This is orchestrated by the Universe/Divine Source and it is completely out of your control. The DF will experience the intensely painful "Ego Death" (the DNOTS, which is the *hallmark* of the TF journey), after which s/he will be organically drawn to spirituality. The Spiritual Journey involves going within, *transcending* the 3D Ego mind and aligning with the Soul to reach her Higher Self, Consciousness. At this point, she will likely not even be interested in the DM any longer as she will be happy, whole, and fulfilled. She can also choose to find a soulmate, who she will be completely compatible with and be able to have a passionate relationship with. While it is *possible* for TFs to wind up together, it is not at all common. This is due to the energetic POLARITY that exists between TFs at the level of the 3D Ego mind. If they are together in the 3D, their relationship will be neutral, but happy. The best way to begin your Spiritual Journey will be to read Tolle's "The Power of Now". You do not need to pay coaches to teach you what to do about your TF because this has nothing to do with your TF -- this journey is your call to spiritually awaken. Tolle is one of the great Spiritual Masters of our time and his teachings will change your life. When you have ascended to your Higher Self, you will be able to easily recognize when your 3D Ego mind is trying to drag you down into negativity and drama, and you won't even have to "think" your way out of those negative situations. There will be no 3D PSYCHOLOGICAL "healing" to be done. Your Soul will KNOW how to proceed.
