Love your video. Yeah I didn’t receive the silver compact mirror either. I contacted Dior and they said they ran out. Excuse me I ordered stuff because of the mirror.. 😢

Yes they told me the same thing. It's very disappointing when you don't get the items that are supposed to come with your order especially if you add things you don't really need to get to the minimum purchase. To top it off they don't offer an alternate gift.

Ugh that’s so annoying. I had the same thing happen to me with the special edition summer bag. Literally made a purchase just to receive the gift only to have it never show up. When contacting customer service they said they ran out but will send something else instead. Got super excited only to receive a lame little pouch that I already had.

Thank you for the suggestion. Most of the time by the time I receive the packages and post the videos the promo codes are already expired. No, I didn't get the silver mirror. I tried the Pastel Glow and it's beautiful. I really like the shades. I haven't had a chance to try the other palette yet.
