The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for further investigation. Here’s how you can report them: 1. College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) If the individual claims to be a licensed immigration consultant but is not registered with the CICC, you can report them directly to the CICC through their online complaints process. 2. Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) If you suspect the individual is operating illegally as a ghost consultant (unlicensed and unregulated), you can report it to the CBSA. They handle cases of fraud and illegal immigration practices. You can report it via the CBSA's Border Watch Line at 1-888-502-9060 or use their online reporting tool. Both organizations will keep your complaint confidential.

Unfortunately, they make the foreign nationals misrepresent their credentials and submit forged documents, which is misrepresentation, and leads to the FN banned from Canada.

I will not recommend him to anyone and i request all not to go to him. He is thug. He charges me $8000 for only submitting express entry profile. I was not having any knowledge i trust him but he is like thug. After 1 year when my express entry profile expired i called him and request him to resubmit he has asked me to pay him more to resubmit the profile or process AINP. Asking to pay extra. I have contacted other immigration office they are charging only $500 to submit online express entry profile and he has charged me $8000. This guy is only money oriented. If you don't have any knowledge he is going to stole all of your money.
