"Searing guitar" indeed. Orchestration by David Angel, who also scored Love's album "Forever Changes" (how's that for a reference?). Fever Tree's self-titled first album and "Best of..." are full of awesome music.

I have this album on CD but to my great disappointment it has the edited short version of this song, not this long version I was expecting when I bought it.
