I think this song is an alternate version of "The Big Boss," which is titled "encntr_head_suit_theme.mid" in-game. The Big Boss was probably going to be used for the "Head Suit" as well.

I like the song itself, but I do agree that it is a bit too high energy for what the area is. Though I do quite like the night time variant of the song, and feel like it could slide right in without much issue.

It's interesting how this song sounds like the cog facility theme. So much so that TTR used it as the basis for the Cashbot HQ music.

Yeah, it was a fairly iconic song for those who played the game, when it played. The animation that would play with it, would be retained for the eventual launcher (originally known as the Windows Vista launcher), but the music wasn't, for some reason. There was never a public MIDI for it, seeing as when the song was used, it was a low quality MP3, but I'm glad Nuclear was able to get this as close as it can be.

I think this may have actually been an unused interior theme for Toontown Central. 0:19 Sounds similar to the saxophone melody from the unused street theme

Huh, maybe so! The theme was labeled as shopping, and has the same general time frame as the Estate themes, and some Radio themes (which I'll get done, later, once I have more money), so either it was made then with that theme in mind, or it was an old song, repurposed in 2003.

Hi, Could you maybe explain in more detail how you recorded this song. What do you mean by multitrack mode? Does the SC-55mkII have such a mode for this exact purpose, and if so, how does it work? Or did you perhaps just play back every track separately, and if so, how did you get the 16 recordings to sync afterwards? I'm asking because I would like to try something similar with the Nuked-SC55 emulator, which sound identical to the real hardware to me.

You'd be right that it sounds like her. That's because it is in fact her!. She voices Mama Brickolini (as heard in the song) as well as Polly Gone, and the Parrot in the game.
