If you're referring to hng64.zip, that's the bios file that make the game playable on mame.

Unfortunately the fix isn't working. I cut and pasted the fix files in the same folder as game.exe and no luck. I have credits and steering, but no throttle. Any chance you could share your game with the fix installed please?

Hi I tested and I didn't hear any improvement in the sound You write : Go to Test menu and initialize your controls first (0 + 3) ??? I do and initialize all in the mode and its same

I remembered spotting one of this in some shady arcade room at young age. Never saw anyone made it to the later stages due to the unreasonable difficulties, and players don't really touch this as there were House of the Dead 3 out there with much better graphics and gameplay, heck I'd say HOD 2 looked way better too. But the explicit gore in janky graphics did impressed the younger me in a negative way. Still a horrible game from today's point of view. Oddly nostalgic. Maybe it could find its place in todays low-polygon cult horror game scene.
