There are certain programs that will only perfect parry at a set percentage or certain moves. This guy clearly isn't that good at the game to parry that much. I'm 1700MR and I don't even perfect parry that much. He's only parrying your low forward too. Also, his drive impact as soon as you dragon lash is suspect too. You can tell by what frame he does it on.

Ok, dude simply became Kakeru in the second match and started parrying absolutely everything, or he is cheatin or he has cat reflexes (and I really don't believe in the second option)

100% cheating... he had zero understanding of the game at all between those parrys. Tech's were ridiculous too. I've seen TONS of cheaters like this between Plat 3-5, the higher levels are beating them because it takes more than that to win consistently.
