Very informative presentation. I would like to be involved to see our communities in South Africa shifting from violence to peace and development especially among the youth .

I travel the world, via Comment Spaces. When I discovered AMI, I chose this video to watch because of the title you chose. Just last week I said to my friend, "This Lockdown is taking people on a "Forced Inner Journey." You are a deep thinker, an important quality to have, to inspire others as a facilitator of youth programs and conversations. I just wanted to share one thought with you. There is no need to feel "guilty" about the negative feelings. They are important, too. They can be perceived as the contrast to what you truly desire. When you are sure about what you don't want, those thoughts lead you to remembering what would make you so much happier. We simply have to believe that it's better for the whole world when we find our our purpose in life, the thing that keeps us in a state of happiness, even when it feels like the whole world is falling apart. While I was listening to your video, this young man came to mind -- he is an artist, and also a deep thinker: KZbin: 10 Signs That You Have Found Your Purpose. -- (Attract Passion channel)
