There's no hope for mising dialect among our mising people anymore, you guys gonna save the dialect? I'm pretty damn sure most people in mising agom kebang can't even speak decent mising, there's no hope, had an argument with an online worrior few days back the person was mising and says mising is just an language and it's doesn't matter if someone can speak it or not and i fully well know that there are even more people within our tribe who have the same mentality. The person was saying the tradition, culture and the language doesn't matter, if you're born mising then you're mising... This comment mad me so furious, there are also many mising who completely abandoned their own dialect and adopted the mipak language and it's non other than so called mati miris, samuguira miris.. i urge people from these group and to the people who carries the same mentality to stop calling yourself mising, if you dont want to practice your own culture your own traditions and speak your own dialect then why the hell you're still calling yourself a mising? Also the leaders of our mising are all corrupted be it students union or whatever, they ain't there for our betterment and wellbeing, they ain't there to save our beautiful dialect they ain't saving a damn thing, they're there just to fill their pocket... As a mising guy it's sad and very frustrating to say that our mising people are only good at diluting their own culture, we only know to abandoned ours and adopt from mipaks. Mising people should look at bodos and learn how proud they're of their own traditions and culture and mainly most of them can speak their dialect very well without mixing Assamese in it unlike our mising people, they're doing their best to preserve their actual traditions and dialect and on the other side is our people, only diluting and refuse to speak its own mother tounge and know to say only this "ami okhomiya, ami okhomiya" thuiii laura mipak attum yagne nolu, the day is not so far when mising isn't gonna be mising anymore, it's gonna be only "missing", the common mistake which many people still do when writing mising will for sure come true....Mark my word, but i truly wish this never happens and that our people realize that what they're doing to their own identity is wrong and that we all should correct it. Lost of culture, lost of traditon and the lost of language is the lost identity... I really pray to ane donyi and abo polo to make our people realise this as soon as possible.
