I watched the Event yesterday specifically for the watches. I’m confused about their narrative on the Ultra 2 so I appreciate any relies to clarify. Amazon has been selling an Ultra2 for a while. The Event launched the fancy black one so other than color how is it different than the currently for sale Ultra2s? Follow up question if there are differences like a diff chip are those worth it? I’ll be switching from a cellular 6 because of battery life. TIA!

@@JBTech17what is the difference between the ultra2 you have and the new ultra2 black one - just color or do all the ultra2s that are released sept20 have the new chip? I am assuming all the AI features advertised at the Efent will come on any compatible watch with ios18 when that launches but please correct. Thanks!

JBTech, you never mentioned anything about the Blood Oxygen Saturation feature. I think that’s something people who may have a medical condition should know, If they were to purchase either type of watch. Don’t you think?

I think that feature is on series 8 and a few 9s only because of the lawsuit with the patent holder. It doesn’t appear to be settled yet since Apple didn’t mention it at the Event as part of the Health lineup. Hope this helps

LOGITECH MX ERGO / if you are thinking of going big brain and switching you wont regret it. I use mine for everything gaming leage, wow etc. It just takes practice. I never use the fine movement button it is not needed for an experienced user, it is really for new users.

I have had this speaker for couple years and have saved it back for my ‘good’ speaker. Has. It been used much and now it won’t charge. Any troubleshooting help much appreciated! I have tried different charge boxes so don’t think it is chord or box.

I think you should just bypass the first 2 minutes and get right into the details on the differences. That's why we are here. I could care less about the packaging and what comes with - so I usually have to skip over the typical standard unboxing process because it's non value added pertaining to the title. I mean there are a plethora of videos on KZbin walking us through the differences, the quicker I can get to the value add the more chances I will stay and watch or come back for other content. So in other words - just cut to the chase and get to the good stuff. You can move that other unpacking visuals (for those Christmas unwrapping gift lovers) towards the end. Much appreciations.

Thanks for your thoughts! I have the Series 8 and am thinking of upgrading. I'll probably go with the 1 since I see nothing (not even so-called future proofing) to justify the price bump. Samsung's similarly priced Ultra (compared to the 1) is enticing but I tend to use the Apple ecosystem with my Windows devices providing the flexibility for gaming; so no brainer there!

I have an ultra 1. No issues for vision under daylight whatsoever, 2000 nits is bright enough and it’s actually the max brightness an iphone can display… OS is smooth and never lags… don’t need a fast processor on a watch just for notifications and heart monitor/training apps. Siri? Let’s talk about it when it will work properly. Upgrade is just not worth unless you have money to waste. The only way i see an ultra 2 is an upgrade from an AW 4/5 with a very good deal

It is crazy how Apple didn't think about solar power on their watches .. i enjoy that tech in my Protrek Casio watch since 2013 to this day. The fact you don't think about charging your watch battery is a the real "Big Plus" for me.

I will say that I charge it every two days and it lasts, I’m usually operating on low battery mode since I’m constantly at work and can’t be on my phone. I wish the speaker for phone calls was a bit louder but it gets the job done.

Bro, in the country of Canada and USA, iPhones do not have a physical sim card slot, but in the rest of the world there is slot for 1 physical sim and you can also use 1 esim for them too. Hope it helps bro 👊.

@@Ashmit-ov7rwYes, in China and EU it’s illegal to not have Sim card slot which I actually like because if your phone breaks, you can switch the sim card to another phone very fast without needing to ask someone to let you call the operator service on their phone
