Soapy water is the way to go with tamiya decals. Going on dry is impossible

Any noticeable performance issues?or just shorter and louder pretty much it

Solid tip on the servo horn. Stock setup was surprisingly bad, and I just didn't want to commit the time and effort to the dual servo mod. This was a great middle ground. Nice one.

Question with your 3 way switch that you use to turn on your accessories are you tripping a relay in the one position and then using a keyed ignition wire in the second position? I looked at your videos and dont see wiring howto.

Thanks for sharing. Did I see a small Axe Mounted on the inside of your box you didn't mention? if yes how did you mount it? ( I say never go in the Bush without an Axe.) Time for a part 5? /6?

did you get the v2 head or just the cylinder? if so how is it wwith just the cylinder?
@crazyskullcrusha2 жыл бұрын
Just the cylinder and carb. Has too much power with the cylinder alone.

though the video is old, you've convinced me on getting a shorter bar & chain. thanks man. great info.

Way too much about ancillary issues. Searching for sawing off and exhaust and I get this long drawn out thing so it might be a great video for some things but you need to get to the point faster.

Great idea putting pads on your body. The less the body moves around on the post the better. Great video and awesome truck.

Take note that as soon as you take a ANY speaker out of it box i.e. without at least a baffle - the sound changes to miserable! I used the front end of the boat - closed it with three ply - mounted the speaker inside it (you have to cut a round hole of course and screw the speaker o the plywood) - and the sound is far far more solid, robust and louder too - it is in fact stunning, far more close to how the engine would sound.

Could you please post a video of how the front cylinders are in the upper control arm? Did you weld a plate over the opening with a hole for the cylinder?

Does that have the original ST-300 trans? I have that same car and am thinking of putting a THM350 in it.
@crazyskullcrusha2 жыл бұрын
Mine has a TH-2004R. It's nice cuz it has overdrive. A 350 or 400 is only going to be a three speed no overdrive.

lifter preload is very important for solid lifter cams...hydraulic cams not so much...imo ....a bent rocker shaft can really screw up the engine timing!!
