I have dramatically edited the former comment of mine more than once in ~60 minutes of posting it after I have posted the P.S. comment [I have now deleted and reposted both comments]. In response to your former comment before editing, a part 2 diving into the background of how long the vampire (Diana) has been a vampire, and has she been straight, bisexual, or homosexual before she became a vampire? Has Diana had a romantic relationship before or since she became a vampire? How old was Diana when she became a vampire [a potential backstory could be that she was 23, and was engaged to be married, and that was 70 or however many years ago you chose to make it... *I recommend being intentional in the era you choose and have it complement this story...* do a little research and bring forth a little of the mannerisms slipping through on rare occasions when Ashley distracts Diana in a moment of passion or some other intense situation that Ashley then questioned her on later depending on the moment it slips out]. Can Diana eat or drink human food? Does she drink human blood? If she drinks human blood, does she have a strong thirst to consume human blood, and if so, is she now able to control it? *Does she get her blood from the blood bank from an inside source, or is she able to live off animal blood, and if so, how does she source her blood?* Does the sun have any adverse effects on her? Is there a reason she prefers to stay in the shadows? *[There is truly no need to bring a vampire into a possible romantic story if the vampire character, back story, and current mannerisms are not explored. If a writer brings in an alien from Krypton that has super speed, what purpose does bringing this alien with super speed into the story have? Are there other alien qualities present? How does the other character interact with these unique characteristics? Is it a problem for one or both main characters. If these are not being explored, then it is truly a wasted opportunity... and the writer should have just stuck with 2 boring human characters that have no true personality 😉.]* There is so much that can be explored here in this story. A rapid-fire question and answer session of the two ladies can unfold this as the vampire easily gave up the secret of her being a vampire when she didn't need to do so tells me she is tired of being alone and possibly wants a friendship or romantic relationship with her female human coworker Ashley. Depending on how much energy and effort you want to put into this story... a slower burn [much longer] story would be where the vampire woman is straight and never been with anyone romantically and has been a vampire from a reserve wealthy family from maybe 70 years ago [you can pick an era whose mannerisms of a wealthy family would seeped through on rare occasions in Diana's interactions with Ashley]... who was kept sheltered until she escaped about 15 years ago and adapted to the modern world in reimaging herself with the help of a childhood maid the first 5 years who has since passed away. Diana's childhood friend, the maid, warns Diana to move every 10-15 years so as to not draw attention to her unchanging youthful appearance as she can only do so much to change her appearance as well as to keep a low key from being found by her family as well as vampire hunters if you chose to add this layer of complexity to the story *[I recommend against that... but have a plausible reason why Diana has not gotten involved romantically with humans that is dangerous to them even if her fear is not truly valid when explored deeply by Ashley who then convinced Diana to take the risk.]* The maid also gave Diana the history that humans are unkind and kill what they do not understand, which Diana's family has kept her sheltered from. Diana is sourcing her blood from butchers and has a small fortune she had stolen from her family that is not endless... and she crave the interaction even though small with others and thus has just made a change to a new location for the second time since running away from home and since her maid female human childhood friend died from old age. @4:03, "let's say I am used to protecting those in need" had a history where Diana had initially protected her maid childhood friend one night 60 years prior from an assailant and shortly after her friend died 10 years prior, a similar situation arouse where she rescued an elderly lady from a robber with a switchblade knife... and while Diana is by no means Batman, she has, on occasions, swept her neighborhood in the shadows to protect others... this was the first time other than her childhood maid friend that she has protected someone who has any ongoing interactions with her like Ashley for them to actually noticed and then have the opportunity to ask probing questions instead of being in a state of thankful shock where she normally disappeared into the shadow of the night. Ashley's intrigue with Diana and the words that slipped out of her mouth to Diana at the bar, "kiss me," is also straight, or so she thought. With Diana admitting she is a vampire, Ashley finds that the lock on her emotions clicks opened and that she was in fact self not only drawn to mysterious charm of her vampire coworker Diana as a potential friend but what Diana's admission of being a vampire unlocked in Ashley is an attraction to Diana the person, not the female, not the vampire, but Diana herself. Even though Paul is Ashley's best friend, she finds that she would rather spend her free time hanging out with her Diana and learning more about Diana. The more she hangs out with Diana, Ashley finds that for the first time in 25 years of living, she is falling in love for the first time. I relistened to the story to draft this comment, and there is much potential for this story... what has been presented thus far is a small introduction to what could be a deep and rich story. I have listened to maybe 2 stories from this channel, and they are both unfinished.... no true conclusion... as such, I would avoid listening to more stories as I have been reading fan fiction since 2003 [mid-20s] and primarily stayed away from unfinished stories as I am not patient in waiting for more 😉. If, however, you decide to add more and edit description with adding the sequels and prequels in series... I might indeed give this channel a chance.... it might just be a luck of the draw that I just happened upon 2 stories that did not have any definitive conclusions... but slap me once, shame on you, slap me twice, shame on me. It makes me not want to invest in another story to have a similar unfinished story.

​@@TheSapphicDiariesP.S: this isn't my story... the potential 70 years since being a vampire or whatever time frame you have selected... her age as a human before she turned into a vampire, her background, and the era should to somewhat be believable and complement tgis current story. The believability and credibility of stories are what I find captivating. The more an author dives into research and make the nuanced details and emotions of their characters believable, it is a rare gem these days. Regardless of the rare gems found, I am thankful for the authors who are inspired to write and, even more importantly, who are brave enough to share their creative work with the world at large. So, there is no demand from me for a part 2 and no obligation for you to write one or contemplate any of my ideas... people typically demand more... yet they fail to offer any contributions themselves. I wish you success in whatever you choose to do.

I really was into the story for entertainment cause I’m intrigued with women vampire stories, but again was disappointed on your stories that have no ending & are just cliff hangers!! All was going good, then it wasn’t!! 🤷🏻😔

I didn't write this story... in fact, if you read my two major in depth comment on this thread you will see that I am saying the exact same thing as you starting with my original comment stating it had no conclusion... and my other 2 comments stating that if the person chooses to do a part 2, then a back story and current characteristics of the vampire would make sense because what would really be the point of bringing a vampire into the story.
