i checked what happens if you collect no days. nothing happens but i found a secret place under #16 i also turned upside down in the heart room trying to get #22. i dug into the ceiling and insta died. sad

nah theres no reason, you always collect it at the end of the run anyway so its more important to just jump over the stairs
