I guess maybe ill try a install on rockstar and not steam , i have tried steam solutions and my game shuts down and does a total restart , just ridiculous for a now old game to have launching issues, over a hour trying to solve this so far, will never buy a rockstar game again if this persists

windows is force closing emp.dll from executing... no error message shows up in defender so windows is doing this a different way...does this have anything to do with virtualization security?

This garbage port wont detect ur controller if you have another Joystick connected. I have 12... i cant pull them all out or disable. Its ridicilous that they cant get this fixed when it works just fine in 99% of games
