Thanks for the review of this property. I think it would be good for a quick overnight, someone that wants to get cheap Hyatt stay credits or needing to be at the hospital. I still prefer to the Hyatt Place on Soi 24 and think it is worth a few extra baht though. Thanks again for the video.

I agree with you 100%! Soi 24 and Soi 1 both have their positives, both are walking distance from the BTS but if you visit bumrungrad from time to time like I do, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

It's a Marriott chain so service was really good! Rooms are comfy & chic too. Breakfast was good and there are restaurants and convenient store nearby.

Yes po. The rate is the same even if you're only staying for a few hours. Check out time nila is 12noon. 🙂

Pinay/Pinoy globalist! Super rare hahaha.. Nagpaplano ako mag stay dito sa Alila Solo may promo sila 2k bonus points for 4.4k php per night (>June 2025 onwards). I'm travelling from MNL to YIA. Nakita ko may connecting trains to Solo (Surakarta)...seamless ba experience mo dun or recommend mo sa akin mag grab nalang to Alila? Trying to achieve globalist in 2025🙏

Why not stay in Hyatt Regency Jogja? Anyway Alila is also good but it can be boring unlike sa Jogja na hotel resort cya. Coming from YIA, train po kau to Yogyakarta (stasiun tugu) then from there, you have 3 options: 1-local train (less than php100) 2-faster train to surabaya, babä kau ng Solo (more expensive) 3-Grab (most expensive) more than 1k pag Grab.

I agree that it seems dated. However, like all Hyatts that I’ve stayed in, its a large, comfortable, and extremely clean space to stay in 🙂

I have been looking so much into this place to stay as my first option to explore some and get comfortable with the area before choosing another place. It's a 3 minute walk to Robinson's Mall. On Expedia it is close to $30 USD per day (with fees!), but some sites are charging $28 with $100 in fees for the same room. That's a good price, and if you sign up on Expedia with your email you get 10% off your first booking too - just make a new email for the savings. Seems like a real good deal so I am checking the videos to make sure I'm not missing something but from all I've seen it really does look like a good value. Thanks so much for this! I will be there in December for a few days and can give a yearly update.

If I am arriving at Terminal 1, I would take an airport shuttle from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 and then make my way to the skybridge from there, right?

Yes that makes sense but I haven’t tried it yet. Not sure if they will allow you to use the airport shuttle if you cannot show an onward flight from terminal 3.

Sorry I did not use the laundry machine when I was there so hindi ko alam magkano. But one of the comments said mahal daw. There is a laundry shop 2 blocks away from the hotel na mas mura. SPIN UP . The rates are posted online too 🙂 Hope this helps
