I kept HDR and mod, but needed to keep "fullscreen" to remove it. But when I minimize game, setting "windowed no border" returns

I have something same.. I play on Vulkan and it keeps flickering so that I could see desktop for a fraction of second. The game was fine before the latest update 1.20 where they added naturalist stuff etc. I am playing it on rtx2060
