is stock cooling system enough? no oil/coolant overheat?

Yeh, stock cooling. No overheating even in long sessions on hot days.

I just found your channel, I also track a 987.2 base, a 2009 Cayman. Those 2.9 are great cars!

No worries mate, still trying to learn the mid engine balance on track. I had another track day there today and was much more conscious of my line!

Dan yeah I heard that! You bumped into my good fellow Evo mate Nik “the Spartan” 😂. Well awesome work with the new platform - great car and a dying breed with an NA 6 cyl manual 👌🏾

@@tobylongmedia haha yeh, had a good chat with the Spartan. Thanks mate, it's still a bit underpowered given it's just the 2.9 but about a 50% bump on the MX5!

Massive brown moment but good save! Thanks for sharing. Trying to work out if it was caused by the tiny partial lift off the throttle when the car started rotating? What are your thoughts??
