My buddy out in Hawaii was missing snow, and he loves dogs too :) I’ve got these two greyhounds (Fred and Deli) they’re quite old, and three dachshunds, the black dog (Nesta) passed away and the party poodle (Sevie) went to live with his original owners who quit on him as a puppy, gave him to me then asked for him back once he mellowed!! What kind of doggos do you have? Do you get a lot of snow?! We had a not white Xmas (bummer) and NOW it’s snowy and cold. Go figure 😂

Parnell The Chef they did :) it was snowy but not terribly cold (for the Midwest)! The poodle and greyhounds are still with us but the black dog has since passed, this was her last winter :(

When I was a kid the movie Hairspray came out, the good one with Divine and that was who I was for Halloween in fifth grade. For my peace of mind and for your future! I have social anxiety, I get all screwed up with people but I don't express it with inflammatory stuff. I've got a few cats too, they're great for my panicky moments, my dogs just get stressed out alongside me and stare, panting like "fix it mom" and the cats just lay there, purring steadily, each breath telling me "it's all going to pass". If you ever get a chance, spend time with horses...I use mine to help kids with developmental delays and autism. A lot of the kids come in unresponsive or super nervous and within an hour are smiling and without the behaviors they've acquired to self soothe. Horses have the biggest magnetic field of any mammal and there's something about them that functions as a mirror, it's almost like biofeedback. I know you're incredibly smart, and even though you used it against me you have an excellent vocabulary. That is refreshing af. I am sorry that I keep feeding an online argument. Seriously. Thank you for being nice :)

I love horses too. My uncle owns a ranch and I help him take care of the horses on weekends. He also uses his horses in equine therapy for autistic kids as well. If I recall, equine therapy actually has a long list of positive benefits and is also used as a treatment for people with severe PTSD like veterans

Jonathan Kaplan she was thirteen and she passed about a year and a half after this :) The greyhounds are VERY old now...Fred is approaching 14 and Deli is close to 13. Seve the poodle is now eight and I have three (gulp) wiener dogs to boot!! Crazy cat lady who? Dog ladies are just as bad 😂 Do you have any critters??

I have a bunch of critters, indeed; not as many as when I was a kid, but I have a snake, two cats, Keeper and Alvie, and a pitbull black lab mix named Miles. I live in the Bronx in NY so we don't have a ton of space for keeping animals, but I dream of having some open space someday where I can have dogs like you do, lol. They're just so expensive, but Idk maybe when I graduate college and have my own place I can turn it into a mini ecosystem or something, right?
