On my phone, EMUI pops up amd gives me 4 options, (reboot sytem now), (apply update from SD card),(wipe data/facory reset), and (wipe cache portion.)...I've tried number 1 2 and 4 of those options and they dont seem to work......what could this mean?

You pay (btw I pay) 600 quid to a watch (Forerunner 965) to get an unresponsive blank screen after pressing phone bluetooth connection 5 times in a row the 2nd day after you bought it. And you find yourself here to reboot it. Whereas iphone never gives blank screen for years with millions of things going on on different apps simultaneously at the background… Thank you and I should pay you as well gor the service since I’m so rich to buy that watch 😅
