I’ve suffered, REALLY suffered with depression for the last decade if not longer. Recently I’ve been suffering from anxiety as well. Anxiety is a whole different demon. I don’t want to live like this and I have no clue at 42, how to get out of the metaphoric quicksand. Friends don’t come at this age, jobs lose their luster. Relationships lose their value. It all feels so hopeless
