This mix has a lot of memories to me. I always used to listen to this when jogging with my dad (I was obese) Today I listened to this while getting back to jogging. Managed 8 km. This mix is really nice and has helped me, thanks.

This is my alarm. Like not to wake up from sleep. But just to be aware in general. And I literally play it at any point of day whenever I feel tired, sleepy or lazy. Works similar to a mix of caffeine and paracetamol… I just got an idea.
