Even though they upgraded to the Civic engine it's still underpowered. The new interior is much better than my 2020 Sport, very Civic like.

Check your facts because they are BS!! That is the Honda Civic EX-L hatchback model you are sitting in and it has an MSRP Of $29,745 and it has a 1.5T with a 180hp!! That is no where near "$24K, around 160hp". The base Honda Civic LX hatch starts at an MSRP of $26,045 with destination. WTH?? Go back to KZbinr school!
