I love the visual aspect too! I have a suggestion - for the maintenance stage, instead of putting the hand off to the side (much like in the contemplation stage) what about putting it on your chest, where it's no longer in your sights because it has become a part of you. Just a thought. Thank you again for all your great content that makes the stages of change and motivational interviewing more accessible and easier to practice and implement.

Wow! This data is so interesting. People have shared misery and not happy but stressing over some things not worthy it. But everyone has differ reality. Distractions are everywhere living life in your culture and place you are. Discuss how the shooters who get mad at employer then shoot innocent ones. Could it be because unfairness at work, MH problems or mean coworkers? Sad people feel have to kill innocent people to get attention. Also seems more suicide rates increase. It cold also because so many drugs are legal now...maybe government likes people controlled by social media due to weak brains. Plus substance abuse drugs adds money in economy. Motivational interviewing is a type of therapy to help patients, right? My video heroes are Dr Jordan Petersen and Mel Robbins,& M Peer, &Jay Shetty. Oh yeah add David Goggins (he is a bad a$$) :)

Excellent stuff. Strategic listening is it the same as complex reflections or slightly different?
