This home will look out dated with all that rock veneer and the other thing it's Vegas it's extremely hot to have all those open space on the second floor. Also who ever designed this should go back to school and really learn how to design the word architecture does not exist in this home. The colors of the home are to brown and flat and its facing the afternoon sun on the backyard extremely hot. This is also the worst home to buy because it is not sustainable made out of wood and stucco cheap materials that are the main components to a home.

I agree -- Milos road is only one mile from the major airport. You're going to be hearing airplane noise often. Also that neighborhood doesn't have very many trees or vegetation. It's just a very bland neighborhood. Maybe it will improve over time?

Nice unit, but the listing is for $6,950,000 and it's not even completed--- even though the building is 21 years old. Usually an incomplete luxury unit like this includes language about a "$1,000,000 allowance to buyer for final furnishment" or similar enticement. The listing is 257 days old as I type this that's in a robust real estate market. It's not selling because they aren't addressing the fact that it will take $1M extra to finish and furnish.

You have to just love Vegas. The architecture and the style is unique to that town. Always been a fan. Honestly though, when watching this video the landscaping is what catches my eye. Looks like an oasis. And you gotta love an indoor pool. As a professional cook I could only dream of a kitchen like that at my house.

Spectacular, a mini Caesars Palace! I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful home that will impress any lover of iconic Las Vegas style. It is evident that the owner’s desire was to create a private paradise embracing traditional Vegas design, and it worked. The home exemplifies luxury with high end finishes and accents, including marble and gold leaf, sparkling appliances that are jewelry for the kitchen, statues, fountains, exquisite landscaping and privacy fencing. You have to see it in person to take in all of the details. Love it!

WOW, THIS HOUSE IS INCREDIBLE!!! What a dream home to have in Las Vegas! I love the are too. No HOA and huge lots. Hard to find in Las Vegas. I guess that's why Wayne Newton, some of The Golden Knights Players, some famous musicians, and the Casino Executives are the neighbors. I've just been relocated to Las Vegas from Paris for work and have been house shopping. Wish I could afford this one but maybe I can find something in my budget close by.
