Search "fahrradverleih Bodensee", I notice there are at least 2 (BING) in Fredrichshafen which is on the Northern German shore. Still the phrase will work for the other 2 countries too as they use German in those regions. Konstance the town will probably have one and there are often one near or in campsites. So check those out for the area you are visiting.

Ich habe Kalifornien auf 2 Rundreisen durch den Westen der USA kennen gelernt und ich war begeistert. Dieses Video weckt keine Lust auf einen Besuch. Im Gegenteil. Es ist abschreckend. Auch rein technisch ist das Video schlecht gemacht. Die Schnitte sind viel zu schnell und die Untertitel zu kurz, vor allem für Menschen, deren Muttersprache nicht englisch ist. I got to know California on 2 round trips through the west of the USA and I was thrilled. This video does not whet the appetite for a visit. On the contrary. It is off-putting. The video is also technically poorly made. The cuts are far too fast and the subtitles too short, especially for people whose native language is not English.

It would have to be Rothenburg odT. I have been there many times but always in Summer. I have a wish to walk the ramparts on Christmas morning! Lindau would be my second choice.
