Roof will be done by HOA. Kitchen has old look, not in current brand, some people like it. Half and half. It is not cheap material.

It is great to know that the roof is included in the HOA. What else is included in the HOA. Can you please tell me if the carpet will need replacing and also how old the HVAC is? My realtor is going to reach out to you to set up an appointment this week to go see it.
